West Suburban Veterinary Associates, P.C. has provided expert veterinary care for pets in the Chicago suburbs for more than 60 years. We believe that working with organizations in the community is vital to the health of all pets. We are the primary veterinarian for the West Suburban Humane Society. In addition, we work with many local Shar-Pei rescue groups, as Dr. Vidt is an expert in treating Shar-Peis. We are proud to work with the following animal shelters, organizations, and community events:

• CatNap for the Heart Cat Rescue

• Barkapalooza, the annual fundraiser for the West Suburban Humane Society

Awards And Accolades

West Suburban Veterinary Associates, P.C. has been the proud recipient of many awards during our 60 years in the Chicago area suburbs. Among other awards, we received the Village of Westmont Community Improvement Award in March 2006.

In September 2006, we were honored to receive the Veterinary Economics Hospital Design Merit Award. Only a small number of veterinary hospitals across the country receive this award each year.
